I’m a born and raised West Virginian. Hubby endearingly calls me his “green-eyed hillbilly.” I’m the oldest of three girls, and if anyone asks I’m only 26! How many years have I been 26?…that’s a secret! I’m the mother of one son and the step-mom to three boys.
I would say that I’m a passionate person. Mom and Dad raised us to give everything you do your all. Dad always told us, “If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right.” And Mom would top it off by adding, “And do it pretty!”
Here are a few things that I love: I love being a redeemed child of God. I love God’s Word. I love my family. I love hearing my hubby laugh. I love my son’s curly hair. I love butterflies and snowflakes. I love to plant seeds and watch them grow into harvest, and I love the sound people make when they are enjoying something I’ve baked.
We LOVE you too, Teri.
terri, my sister-in-law is here at myrtle beach with me and she was very good friends with carolyn (johnson). how is she related to you? Alice (Dailey) Reeves wants to know where she is and what she’s doing. does she have an e-mail address that she can get in touch with her? I love reading your blog!
Hey Margaret!
Carolyn is my aunt… my Dad’s sister. I just called her to see if she has an email address, but didn’t find her at home. When she calls me I’ll email you and let me know what she had to say. This is so fun!!
Thanks for the sweet comment about my blog. I need to get back at posting. There is much I could share, I just don’t sit still long enough sometimes!
