I talked to Mom yesterday after her treatment. Allow me to restate, I talked to Mom yesterday! She sounded like I had not heard her sound since November! Her voice was strong, she was pain free, she sounded stress free; it was an awesome gift from God!!

On Friday Mom went back to the doctor for a follow up on her pain medication. Realizing that she was in much too much pain, the doctor increased the dosage and finally, folks, she is pain free!! Praise the Lord for His faithfulness and for answered prayer!!

Schedule has changed

Just a quick update: Mom’s path forward has changed a little. She will now have her CAT scan and an MRI on Monday the 19th. Then we’ll be waiting a full week before undergoing the CyberKnife treatment. We’ve been told that her treatment could be three days; it could be five.

Just want everyone to know that Mom’s procedure went well yesterday! She was given a light anesthetic and the gold “seeds” were implanted. It’s a go!!! God is SO faithful!
Momma’s cancer has not metastasized! What an answer to prayer! So, today at 1:00 PM central time, Mom will have the gold seeds that serve as markers implanted around her tumor.
